"wonderful place up the hills wit great views to Lago di Como, small grocery and reastaurant. We liked this place very much and can just recommend it to visit"

"Everything was great! Cristina was so kind to us and offered to pick us up from the station. The accomodation was very clean and confortable. I would pay attention to the distance to Varenna because the accomodation is 20min up the hill, so take that into account when booking the place here and maybe talk with Cristina about solutions for this since it is a very steep path. Otherwise I strongly recomend it."

"In the summer, we make our home in Perledo (except during COVID, of course). It allows us the opportunity to be close to our relatives and to enjoy returning to our ancestral homeland. We look forward to coming "home!"
This year has been an aberration due to the enormous crowds in and around the area. While good for local businesses, the influx of "day trippers" made it extremely difficult for local citizens to navigate streets, use the ferries, etc. in their efforts to conduct their day-to-day activities.
Perhaps neighboring communities might give some thought to improving this situation to help ease the congestion."

"Finding a taxi is a big issue for the area. We and other tourists we had spoken to were disappointed in the lack of taxis available. "

"Serve un posto dove poter timbrare il passaporto del viandante. Il luogo è bello, tuttavia per un vero viandante zaino in spalla è molto costoso. Se puntate sul turismo del sentiero serve poter spendere molto meno di 150€ per una notte. Il luogo si presta maggiormente a turisti americani o del nord europa. Manca il bar. Non ho usato i mezzi pubblici"
