"No concept of making things easier for tourists who bring revenue and jobs to the city. Transportation is the biggest issue. Taxi service is not reliable, UBER is non existent, and bus service during the day is too far and few. Night free bus service is much better and much appreciated. The stay was excellent and host was amazing, but if tourists have to pull luggage up and down the road... its not worth any views that the lake offers. You might as well close the city for tourism and let the retirees live the "Italian lifestyle". Its a beautiful location, and if I am receiving this survey, I assume that the city genuinely likes to hear the experiences of the tourist. Thanks for sending the request."

"It was a lovely stay with my family in Perledo. We throughly enjoyed the city, the food and the ferry ride. It was worth every minute spent. We would recommend this place to our families and friends"

"Bus transportation is very inefficient. Some buses accept cash, some credit, and some ticket only. Credit card should be offered on all buses. Night bus took very long to arrive in Perledo (40 minutes)"

"We had a wonderful week in Perledo. We both loved Perledo & it’s stunning views, square & bar & shop. It has everything that anyone could want from a stay a bit away from the main tourist spots in Varenna. The walk from Perledo to Vezio & its castle is highly recommended. The bus service is brilliant & saves anyone from trying to walk up from the station!"
